Woke up at 7:20 so I warmed up while everyone stretched. Started the new Dreammaker and was feeling pretty good. First hill wasn't too bad and second hill I was prepared for some serious pain like how it feels going up Airport but it wasn't actually too bad. Last .5 is all flat so I tried to focus on my kick, which could've been better. Should've pushed it harder on the second hill so that's too bad. Ran on the skyridge track which was pretty cool. Ice bath in SOLW good times. |
