Warmed up a mile on the turf then did 5x500 today at 800 pace for the first 400 and as fast as you could for the last 100 with 6min rest between each 500. Splits ended up being 75, 75, 79, 82, 80. It was definitely a hard workout but I stayed really strong mentally which is an improvement from yesterday. I kept my eyes on the other girls and pushed myself as hard as I could. So I'm happy with how the workout went. And shoutout to all the juniors who took the ACT, thanks for the day off. :)
