Slept over a bit and missed the warm up, the team did tempo today so I helped pace a group, it was 1.5 miles, the whole first mile was a gradual downhill and we came through at 6:45 then one of the girls started having a rough time so I slowed down and ran with her for encouragement. Felt really good, nice to shake out the legs a bit. Ice bath and two hour nap afterwards. Stoked for Ragnar. |
