Warmed up to Airport hill from my house then did 3×3 90sec sprints up the hill, rest was the jog down and a lap around the groval between sets. Was pretty hard but stayed motivated and hit the same place every time which was good. Shout out to the guy who was doing repeats on the other side of.the hill, he kills it. Also saw two chickens crossing the road which fulfills one of my childhood dreams #whydidthechickencrosstheroad? |
