Personal:

Just graduated from Lehi High School and am headed down to SUU this fall. Besides running I also love hiking, boating, paddleboarding, the beach, the sun, the summer, basically anything warm :)

Easy low recovery today. My legs are quite sore which is weird considering they weren't yesterday. Anyways after a half mile warmup we just went over the overpass and took a right til we went out two and then came back. Afterwards we did 15min of abs with 7 pushups between each min plus 2 extras to make an even 100 #getswoll then some good stretching and powerballs at Thoms. Shoutout to Connor because he beat me in an arm wrestle (watch out cuz I'm gonna be even better next time) and shoutout to all the girls who wore their hats today and to Watson cuz it's her birthday and Mama Heaps for the powerballs. #Grateful it didn't snow today

We did the Turkey Workout today so basically 6×500 where the first 400 was at 5k pace and we sprinted the last 100. My 400 splits were 90,91,93,93,87,87 so we were ahead of pace but it felt really good. Afterwards 10mins of abs. On a side note today in sociology we watched a documentary on people living in extreme poverty in Guatemala and it really put things in perspective so today I'm #grateful that I grew up where I did and with the family I've had

Didn't sign up for a turkey trot so half mile warm up then 12×1min pickups with 1min active rest then finished up to 4.5 then 15min of abs. Shoutout to Guppy for running with me! And to finish out nicely on Thanksgiving I am #grateful for all the people who've been a positive influence on my life-my family my friends my team my coaches etc. Thanks for everything you do, love you all!

Easy low mileage on the Jordan River trail with Guppy. Really windy and cold but it was really pretty so that's ok

It snowed! So everything was super pretty for our run this morning. We met at the high school and me and Guppy went up to the cemetery then down towards the SOLW and then past Trafalga and back to the HS. We ran into Thom while we were finishing up on the track and he did a lap with us so that was sick. Then we headed over to Connors for some waffles so shoutout to his mom for making those! Definitely a great start to the day
