Short-Term Running Goals:

  • 5K: sub 20:00
  • Work up to higher mileage
  • Race a half marathon
  • Race a triathlon

Long-Term Running Goals:

  • Run a marathon.
  • Keep running and stay fit for the rest of my life.

Personal:

Just graduated from Lehi High School and am headed down to SUU this fall. Besides running I also love hiking, boating, paddleboarding, the beach, the sun, the summer, basically anything warm :)

We did the Turkey Workout today so basically 6×500 where the first 400 was at 5k pace and we sprinted the last 100. My 400 splits were 90,91,93,93,87,87 so we were ahead of pace but it felt really good. Afterwards 10mins of abs. On a side note today in sociology we watched a documentary on people living in extreme poverty in Guatemala and it really put things in perspective so today I'm #grateful that I grew up where I did and with the family I've had
