Short-Term Running Goals:

  • 5K: sub 20:00
  • Work up to higher mileage
  • Race a half marathon
  • Race a triathlon

Long-Term Running Goals:

  • Run a marathon.
  • Keep running and stay fit for the rest of my life.

Personal:

Just graduated from Lehi High School and am headed down to SUU this fall. Besides running I also love hiking, boating, paddleboarding, the beach, the sun, the summer, basically anything warm :)

Early again. Cold again. Yep. Classic. But it was a good day, only two hours of class, wrote a story for English, donated plasma in just 41mins, went on a good date, had some tropical smoothie, and found a cat. (Shout out to Watson bcuz obviously she loves cats 😻)
