Woke up early to run so I didn't go with the rest of the team. Jamie had me do 10x400m at 2mile pace with 2:30min rest, then 2x100m all out with 1:00min rest. The workout was pretty chill, just more pacing than anything else. My splits were all around 90sec so thats perfect. Shoutout to the old guy who was also doing a workout on the track this morning, he kills it. Afterwards I hiked Horsetail falls with Badoobs, Christian and Kallie, and we brought a bunch of dogs so that was sick. #5dogs&4dawgs
