  • Work up to higher mileage
  • Race a half marathon

  • Run a marathon.
  • Keep running and stay fit for the rest of my life.

Personal:

Just graduated from Lehi High School and am headed down to SUU this fall. Besides running I also love hiking, boating, paddleboarding, the beach, the sun, the summer, basically anything warm :)

We did a tempo run today, our pace was 6:50-7:05/mile for 2.5miles. The first two we held about a 6:55 pace, and I was feeling strong, but the last half mile I fell behind. Overall I averaged around 7:05 so not too bad. Next week I'll work on doing better that last half mile. My IT band is feeling a little sore now, but not too bad, and it didn't hurt while I was running so that's good.
