Warmed up two miles then got ready to do speed. Right when we started the first 200 I felt my hip flexor strain or something, anyway it hurt and I talked to Jamie, she said to jog around and see if it felt better so I did and I could feel it kinda pulling but it didn't hurt so I tried another 200 but that hurt quite a bit so I stopped. I did some on the turf then finished up with girls. I'm thinking all I did was tweak my hip flexor a bit so I stretched it out and iced it and I'm gonna try speed tomorrow so we'll see how that goes. On a side note Collin tried to break my legs when he rolled me out today, that was rough. |
