Warmed up a mile on the turf then 4×1000 at 2mile pace. Splits were 3:44 3:46 3:45 3:50. Last one I was having a hard time but when Jamie told me to surge up to her I did and then I held it so that was good. Overall I felt good about the workout and I feel ready for Saturday. Shout out to Jamie for running the workout with me since all the other girls did the mile workout! |
