Warmed up and did 2×(3×300) first 3 at slower than goal 800 and next 3 at goal 800 pace. Would've been 3 sets but I raced the 800 so I didn't do the last set. Warmed up for the 800 way too early so my legs got way chilly and I'm not gonna lie it was rough. Afterwards I did a half mile cool down and rushed to work. Also I wrote all the stickers for the distance events so feel free to compliment my handwriting ;) and shout out to Connor for announcing the whole meet. Don't know my time so.I'll put that in later. |
