Mile warm up to the cemetery then did some Whistle Hills so 2×15,20,25 and 1×20,25,30 pretty much just as fast as you can with the rest being a slow jog back. I felt really good today so that's good. Afterwards some abs and then an ice bath, whew that was cold! Shout out to Collin for throwing some ice at me during abs he has quite the aim lol, and to Baby Finn because I held him today and he's adorable. |
