Mile warm up then started the workout. Workout was 2×1000 3×800 4×400 at 2mile pace so 6:00min/mile pace. 90sec rest between each. It was definitely a rough workout, I was feeling sick and pretty unmotivated. Splits were 3:53, 3:52, 3:17, 3:20, 3:18, 94, 94, 88, 88. I had a hard time keeping up with the rest of the girls today, Fridays workout I'm planning on doing better though. Didn't have enough mileage to cool down so I hopped on the bike for 10min. Then did some clams and abs. |
