I'm down in St George for the weekend so I did the speed workout on the Desert Hills track. 4×(200, 400, 200) at goal mile pace with 60sec rest between and 3min rest between each set. Average for my 200s was 40sec and average for my 400s was 82sec. It was a really good workout and I definitely stayed strong mentally which was my problem on Tuesday so that's good. Even better than that, the weather down here is fantastic. It's so warm and no snow patches on the track so that's a bonus! Afterwards we were stuck at the HS for a bit because my mom was at the conference so we went to the basketball game so that was sick. |
