Half mile warm up then we a circuit workout, 2X(400m 1min v-ups, 800m 1min speed squats, 400m 1min push ups, 400m 1min lunges, 400m 1min crunchy frogs) and then a half mile cool down. The pace was just a bit faster than distance run so it wasn't really hard at all. Jamie did it with us and we did the whole thing on the turf which felt great.
