Filmed some thing for the senior video then did a mile warm up. Speed today 3×(300 200 100) at goal 800 pace. Splits: 56 36 17 53 34 17 55 34 16 a bit faster than needed but that's allright. I felt pretty good the whole time, legs were a bit sore and stomach was a lil buggy but I the workout still went well. Cooled down mostly with Kaylee. Cold and rainy and cold today. |
