Did some solid speed today. 5×1000m at 2mile pace with 3:30 active rest between (my "active rest" was mostly just walking cuz of low mileage issues) Splits were 3:44 3:46 3:46 3:49 3:44 so the middle sets were a bit rough but overall I was really happy with the workout. My legs were thrashed from some lifeguarding stuff so I thought this was gonna be a lot worse than it was so I guess that's good. Shout out to Gan, Lil Nug, and Emily cuz we're the only girls in the two mile group! |
