Warmed up to Skyridge and got ready for the six minute test! Girls went first so we hopped on the line, Jamie fired the imaginary gun and we were off. Didn't figure out exact splits in my head but I knew I wanted to be over a mile so around 90sec. Came through first lap at like an 84 and was feeling pretty good. Third lap I slowed quite a bit and realized I had like exactly 90sec so I picked it up. Finsihsed really hard, started sprinting before there was 10sec left so that's good. Got 4 laps and 40meters so I felt pretty good about it. Definitely one of my favorite workouts that we do. |
