6×(800m) at indoor 2mile goal pace with 2min rest between each 800. Our goal was to hit 3:05 or faster for each one, my splits ended being 3:02, 3:03, 3:03, 3:07, 3:10, 3:14 I felt really strong at the beginning and even the first laps of set four and five, but I fell apart the last lap. I was just really tired and I couldn't convince myself to go faster so I definitely need to work on that. Overall though I am pleased with the workout. |
