1.5mile warm up then 2*(400, 600, 200) at goal indoor mile pace. I was going for like 5:40 pace, my splits ended up being 84, 2:07, 40, 84, 2:10, 36 so I was pretty much right on for the whole thing. I got a little frusturated on the last 600, but I still stayed pretty strong mentally. I know I'm pushing myself hard and the times are gonna come, I just need to be patient. |
