  • Work up to higher mileage

  • Run a marathon.
  • Keep running and stay fit for the rest of my life.

Personal:

Just graduated from Lehi High School and am headed down to SUU this fall. Besides running I also love hiking, boating, paddleboarding, the beach, the sun, the summer, basically anything warm :)

Whew. I ran after FHE and we had fries and they were so good but so greasy and literally I thought I was gonna throw up and I didn't wear my contacts so I couldn't see but it's all good I made it home alive.

Ran with Macey this morning at like 6:30. It was very pleasant and I'm feeling great. Definitely better than last night lol that was rough. Shins are a bit tired but not too bad. Should be a quality day for sure.

It was SO COLD this morning I think I almost died. Jk, but seriously it's time to pull out the running gloves and long sleeves. Whew. Idk if I'm ready for fall but it's gonna come one way or another so there's that. Can't wait for summer to be back. #270days

Nice run in the morning, even at like 8 it was chilly so that's a real bummer. It's all good though I just have to pull out my cool running stuff, literally lol. Went to the football game and SUU won, plus we had a couple KILLER plays so that was sick! #don'tmesswithwhoville Lol good times, shoutout to the girls team cuz they ran crazy fast at Bob Firman. Love you girls! <3
