Twas a frosty twelve degrees this morning

When Sami and Macey ventured out for a run

They thought the snow was pretty

And that it would be fun

Mile one was chilly

"We'll warm up" they thought naively

Mile two was downright cold

Cold hands

Cold lips

Cold nose

Mile three they almost died

Sami couldn't feel her toes

Will they ever thaw out?

No one really knows.

First snowfall of the season! Scraped like two feet of the stuff off my car, but I broke out my new coat and its toasty warm. So thats a win. Went up the big hill, down past stadium way to the busy street, and back on 300w. Surprisingly I'm not too dissapointed about the snow, that'll probably change though....oh well :)

Went in the afternoon with Macey. We ran up the big hill. It was super duper windy and I almost got blown off the overpass! But it was a good run and not cold, which is cold now. Or maybe I'm just still cold from donating plasma...either way its supposed to snow tonight so pray for me cuz its gonna be cold!!!

Watson, you get two shoutouts today. Shoutout #1: I had Justin Bieber stuck in my head for my ENTIRE run and almost went insane, but it reminded me of running with you so I guess it was ok. Shoutout #2: I went to Costa Vida with Jaylee tonight and she is just the best and so are you and basically it was like I was at Costa with you so that's a win-win :)

Frisbee for two hours, twas quite fun.

6 mile run with Macey on the Canyon trail, which was pretty and not bad but my legs HURT! Thanks cross-fit.
