Short-Term Running Goals:

  • 5K: sub 20:00
  • Work up to higher mileage
  • Race a half marathon
  • Race a triathlon

Long-Term Running Goals:

  • Run a marathon.
  • Keep running and stay fit for the rest of my life.

Personal:

Just graduated from Lehi High School and am headed down to SUU this fall. Besides running I also love hiking, boating, paddleboarding, the beach, the sun, the summer, basically anything warm :)

Went on the CC Canyon trail with Macey and Megan. Nice weather, it wasn't even cold! Watched the SUU XC race, shout out to Maddy Kauffman for doing awesome, also apparently Josh Collins is on the SUU team. Who knew? And he still has cool hair. Went hiking with Watson's cousin Jaylee so that's a win! Quality weekend for sure.
