  • Work up to higher mileage
  • Race a half marathon

  • Run a marathon.
  • Keep running and stay fit for the rest of my life.

Personal:

Just graduated from Lehi High School and am headed down to SUU this fall. Besides running I also love hiking, boating, paddleboarding, the beach, the sun, the summer, basically anything warm :)

Got on the run around 7:30, went from my house to the park by freedom and hopped on the MCT. Got about half a mile past Highland Glen Park before turning around, it was super nice and too hot. Kept the pace avg around 7:45 last mile I was feeling good so I dropped a 6:50 which felt nice. Ended up finishing in my neighborhood so I had walk a bit back to my house and my neighbor gave me a caprisun so that's a win. Shout out to the LP boys cuz I saw them out on their run while I was on mine.
